A friend of mine has a picture of him and Janis back in the 60’s. They’re both smiling big cheesy smiles, both with long wild hair. Him in a long full beard, and his hand holding her boob. To think about San Francisco at that time, and all of the amazing music coming out then, Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane, The Doors, The Greatful Dead… makes me wonder how we’ve moved so far away from “Free Love,” to “Free Wifi.” What happened?
